Our approach begins with meaningful consultation with the client. Consultation provides the lawyer with an opportunity to learn the facts and identify at the earliest possible stage what legal issues are engaged in the client’s dispute. Consultation is the cornerstone for providing the sound legal advice a client needs to choose how to proceed.

Our belief in meaningful consultation is incompatible with the practice of providing free legal advice after a brief meeting. Our initial consultation fee is $250.00, which typically includes approximately two hours of client meetings, research and consideration of issues. An initial consultation should provide the client with a basic appreciation of the nature and magnitude of his or her legal issues.

The cases we take are cases we believe in. Believing in the case empowers us to argue for the client’s interests with conviction and passion, and permits us the sustained concentration and enthusiasm necessary for success.
